So I finally got me my first AR15 Pistol (MK18).

And I am showing it off shamelessly.
I bought it from a brother here, best deal for me. It was exactly what I wanted, what I had been wanting for a long, long time.

In Italy (where I come from, having been born here in the USA 47 years ago but having never resided here until a year ago) this would (also) be a no-no.

No short barrels, period. I know how it is here, so no worries: this is a pistol.

There are many pistols like this one, but this one's all mine.
I really love the US of A Special Forces (whatever they are whether Navy Seals - my favorite - or others) so finally owning this pistol, is great to me.

    Enjoy.

                Let's grab him 'n' go. It's a plan.

                      Brother,
you want this. The whole package (blade AND buffer - that buffer has dimples you can use to block the blade)

On purpose; but completely legal. Just... don't shoulder.

Yea but how tempting will it be to shoulder it? They even market it as a "stabilizer fin", and every shooter knows a stable weapon, is one properly shouldered. I'd subconsciously shoulder it not paying attention, boom, " mandate" broken.

I've found myself pushing the buffer tube of my AR pistol into my shoulder, hence my responses.
                            I hear you.

I haven't shouldered it and won't. Think this way.
