Don't quote me, but I would assume using a 40SW mag to hold more than 10 rounds of 9mm would be a felony violation of the mag capacity law. I would check into that before becoming a felon.

Agreed, its a long shot, but i would not load 9mm into any 40 mag that could except more than 10 rounds.
