Fondled a tactical sports model today.... That trigger is sick

I also have my eyes on a Gold Cup and on the CGW p01 defensive package. Gold cup ? TS ? P01 ? decisions.... decisions...
Would the trigger on that CGW p01 package be close to the TS ? Anyone has one ?

Apples and oranges. The P 01 is a compact. Friend has one with the CGW package and it is very nice. The TS is an out of the box pistol made for competition. I have a lot of nice guns, but for Steel Challenge, I always end up using the TS. Like it so much, I bought another.

I think it's actually one of the best values out there. I am shocked when I see people pay 1200.00 for a VP9 when they can have the far superior TS for the same price.

No way, but it's on roster. Not listed by sku so you can have one shipped to an FFL with standards who can block the mags. 10 round model is very difficult to find.

You think the TS has a nice trigger out of the box?, you should try one with a trigger job and 1000 rounds through it. To describe it in one word "telepathic". Out of the box is ok but do yourself a favor and see what the platform is capable of, thank me later

Now that's intriguing. I have CZC Shadows of all flavors, even the Accu, Czechmate a CGW SP-01 all fantastic, just never felt the need to improve the TS trigger.

What did you do with yours and what were the benefits you found?

If you have to ask it's better you don't know. You will be ruined by the outcome. If you are happy with your trigger, leave it alone. My standards are twisted but safe and reliable.

The CGW package on a p01 will be nice, but will not be the Same as the TS, the p01 will have around 3-3.5 lb pull, TS is 2 or under pounds. And TS will have less uptake and travel. CGW will transform the trigger with great results.

P01 doesn't have a plastic trigger? are you thinking of the P07 or 9?
