Anybody know of any out of state shops you can ship mags to, that'll block and ship them to ca? I know Ryan @ tablerock arms in Medford used to offer this service, but has stopped.

I'm new here and to the whole scene so please be gentle. If you can block mags on your own, could you theoretically order normal cap (more than 10) and block them yourself?
