Is it me or is Beretta going hard in the paint?

They are like Colt now. Since the mil contract may be done they are hitting the civvie market with a vengeance. Im no fan of either but SHOT Show vids I saw all had Colt in them. Now everywhere I look I see Beretta this, Beretta that.

What they should do is pay hollywood to make Lethal Weapon 5.

I am assuming Beretta will no longer be the military sidearm so Beretta needs to step it up with the non-military market. I am fine with Beretta stepping it up I shoot Beretta better then anything else I own.
BERETTA REALLY NEEDS A .45 ACP ON THE M9/92FS FRAME.

I think it's time for Beretta to break out the goods.

They brought back the 92G-SD and Inox Vertec. I want to see them bring back the Elites as well.

I have no idea why companies hold back guns people want to buy...

I keep hearing some of those models didn't sell well or were limited runs/overruns. Whatever it was, good to hear Beretta bringing back out of production models.

The 92G-SD is on a limited run so I'll grab the first thing I can find.

The Civilian market is so different from military contracts because it's not a one size fits all. People with smaller hands will want to try to Vertec. People who want a different look will want a 92A1 INOX (does not exist). If Beretta wants to make more civilian money they are gonna have to try harder.

The only new one that interests me at all is the M9A3 but that's really just a re-dressed M9A1 with desert colors. They need to come up with something a little more game changing than just a new coat of paint.

There is only so much you can do with a 9 mm mil weapon, man!

Largest, oldest, gun manufacture in the world. They will be just fine.

I think they have a Vertec frame too. It could just be a smaller option for smaller hands along with the M9 frame.
