Side Scope rail for SAM7K-03 pistol?

I can't seem to find one that fits it. Anyone using a side rail scope mount? I'm thinking of installing a red dot on it.

yours didnt come with a rail on the side?

this will work but you will need slightly longer rivets and a good gunsmith who has installed them before..

I don't have a SAM7K pistol, but in my experience with a rifle that also has a rear sight installed on the top cover, but installed farther back than on the SAM7K, many of the aftermarket full length rails would hit the rear sight if installed on the side optic mount. I finally was able to use an RS Regulate front biased rail.

Take this advice for whatever it is worth as mine is a different firearm than yours, but that rear sight is definitely a factor to consider. RS Regulate has a diagram of their various side mounts floating somewhere in the internet complete with measurements you can use. Wish I had time to locate it for you but work is beckoning.

so if you have a side rail and Im misunderstanding the post that you didnt..a good red dot is a PK01V..about 259 on ebay. Fits all Russian/Bulgarian/Romanian side rails. I have two..even fits on PSL...its adjustable for rail size and fit.

Yes, this is what I was looking for. I'm trying to see which one works as the sam7k-03 comes with a sight. I been trying to find some details on if it's removal or not, but haven't found anything yet.

youtube it. i am no expert, however, in the same position as you. wanted a side mount but dont have the mount.
seems easy enough, place mount on receiver, mark three holes (make sure its parallel to the slide, use a punch, drill holes, mount with hardware n locktite.

RS regulate 301 is probably your best bet. You will need the optics adapter as well for what ever dot you are using.

I'll probably use a bushnell trs-25. Got so many laying around.

I saw an rs regulate with t1 mount go for 100 bux on ebay the other day, almost brand new, forgot to bid it. Those are pretty nice.
