Hi all - new to calguns. Have a question concerning the CADOJ Roster for a CZ 75 B in 9mm. It is on the list as "CZ 75 B (Black) 01102 / Steel Pistol 4.593" 9mm 1/1/2016". But there is no mention to the same model in stainless steel. So is the stainless not allowed in CA, even though it is the same gun just different metal? Or am I reading it too literally?

All of the Stainless Steel models are not on the roster.Originally posted by BumslieHK - the best 600 dollar gun, 900 dollars can buy.Originally posted by SleighterGetting legal advice from a gun salesman, is like getting medical advice from a janitor at a hospital. Thanks all for the responses. Too bad I missed it - the wife finally decided she wanted one but only in the stainless matte finish.Comment

The "B" is not for black. It is for block, CZ added a firing pin block in the 1990's.
Tell the wife that basic black goes with everything. It would be a shame to pass on the gun due to its color. The stock sights on a 75B do leave a lot to be desired though.Send Lawyers, Guns and Money - On second thought, hold the Lawyers.Comment

Yea, Kamala decided the stainless ones are dangerous and so not on roster but the black ones are perfectly safe as long as the magazines are emasculated.

Actually it's true, the stainless version is a really dangerous gun and I'm glad that the state of California deemed it unsafe for sale. Its really nice to live in a state that cares so much for the wellbeing of it's residents. The black 75b is a much safer alternative.Comment

I heard that a stainless CZ-75B shot a man in Reno just to watch him die.SAF Life MemberComment
