desert eagle sight help

i just bought a 50ae barrel on ebay but it didnt have a front sight, its ok cuz i got it for 275 out the door. figured i cud just buy one, but it actually turned out to be harder than i thought. i need a front sight for the new 8 slotted railed barrel.... the desert eagle website apparently doesnt have factory sights for the railed barrels (there's a disclaimer saying not for 8 slot railed barrels) im just trying to find the correct sight for my barrel and i dont want to spend 70 on a night sight, im just looking for the cheap factory front sight if anyone can help id greatly appreciate!!

Yeah it's kind of odd with the 8 slot railed barrel. That barrel can only accept one type of site according to magnum research after asking them about it. According to them, the only site that works on the railed barrel is this fiber optic set here:

They're also pricey as hell sadly, you're looking at 80$ plus shipping unless you know a gunsmith who's familiar with the deagle and how to install custom sights. I'm honestly looking at them myself since the red dot I previously had on my railed barrel failed and the stock sights are not doing it for me.

I'd contact Magnum Research and let them know your situation. I'm sure you could get one through them.

im seeing those sights on ebay right now for 30$ less lol fuuu--- am i rly gonna a have to get a new sight set cuz i can tfind a 5$ front sight? gawdd how annoying.. here goes spending 54.95 for essentially a new front sight, disgusted.
