    Stupid Question about SSE

    Ok so does a SSE go against a 1 handgun a month law in california ?

        yes, why wouldn't it?

        all handguns transfered in CA fall under the 1-in-30 rule, with limited exceptions such as PPT. single-shot handguns are not exempt.

          I wasn't sure wanted to try to do a SSE before the year but bought a another pistol this month.

            if you bought a pistols anytime from Dec 2 and later, that would be the last handgun you would be able to purchase this year unless you were 30-day exempt, or the specific transfer was 30-day exempt (PPT).
