Where did all the RIA in 38 Super go?

After scoring a very good deal on a RIA 1911 in .45 on a Black Friday of last year, and seeing the 38 Super version available from most online retailers through the year, I was hoping to get a similarly attractive deal this time around, but...
Instead of the great prices, I see them out of stock.

Not too many of them offered on the marketplace here either.

I sure hope Armscor ramps up production. Should have grabbed it back when they were in stock, and $50 rebate program was on.

Anyone seen them lately online in stock for under $400?

Under 400? Nope. I got mine 2 years ago at $429 GI version
Turners usually regularly carries them at 449-459.

They are tack drivers. Very accurate.

Guess i'll have to wait for new shipment from the Philippines.

As for accuracy - if 38 Super is anything like my .45 Rock - then yeah, I agree, it shoots great, even with GI sights.

The 38 supers come in batches. You will find a ton of them on the market, then nothing for a few months. Keep watching they will be back soon.

I picked my RIA 38 super up last month for about $500 before taxes/fees. Gallery of guns had gotten about 13 in stock and I was waiting for months for them to get them in before I bought mine. Even missed on the $50 rebate waiting. Only thing I can say is when you see them in stock jump on them as they went quickly.
