Bent Disc on Glock 30 recoil spring assembly

I recently acquired a new Glock 30SF Gen3. I've put about 500 rounds through it without any issues (save for breaking in the new magazines, which is a separate issue).

Today, when I got back from the range, and was cleaning it, I noticed that the metal disc on the bottom of the recoil spring assembly was not even. (Please see attached photograph). It could have been like this before, but I am not certain. I did not notice it until today. I have taken the pistol for about four range trips within the past month. I have not had any feeding issues with the pistol, and the recoil spring assembly attaches to the barrel on reassembly without any issues.

Is this normal? I found this Youtube video of someone who had the same issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JE7vkI45yKs

If a replacement is needed, should I get some aftermarket recoil spring assembly? Which one? (I usually stick with OEM parts for the innards of my Glocks, but am open to trying something else if the OEM recoil spring assembly is not sturdy enough). Thanks in advance for your response.

I would call Glock and get a replacement. That is definately not normal.

I'd also get a replacement RSA from Glock if it's a warrantied part.

I have a Gen3 G30SF as well. It looks like they've updated it since I bought this, but I have a Brass Stacker recoil spring assembly from them. I never had an issue with my original though and kept it as a spare.

Never had a single issue with my 30, ever. I probably have 1000 rounds through it now from a wide range of factory ammo, my reloads, and the HST +P rounds. I had a range master warn me of the recoil springs taking a beating from +P rounds, but I already had the Brass Stack assembly in it. I also installed the smooth face trigger for more comfort. I love this gun
