    Refinishing services?? Cerakote (in the Bay Area)

    Anyone know some reputable companies to go for to get a handgun Cerakoted in the Bay Area?? Or even hot blued?

    Just bought this, but wanna start planning the rebuild and such of it.

    Ooh, she looks a bit rough. All good though, some Cerakote will breath some new life into that old service workhorse!

        Cerakote would be the quickest and easiest; however if it is all steel, I'd look into having it melonited.

          I think I'm gonna go to RC Refinishing in the SJ area because I'll be working around there in a few weeks anyways.

            Let us know how it turns out with pics.
            I'm thinking of doing a RAW lower/upper combo I have with them as they are local.

            My only question with Cerakote is all the nooks and crannies?
            With anodizing, the part is submerged and everything gets coated.
            How do they do that with a paint gun?
            I'd imagine some areas left bare as it is impossible to get the spray in there.
