    First Glock, last SSE.

I used my last SSE yesterday. Bitter sweet to say the least. I wasn't really planning on buying anything the rest of the year since I've acquired what I wanted in the past 6 months.

Grabbed myself a Lipsey's Full FDE Glock 21 Gen4. My LGS had one left and gave me a smoking deal on it with 3 magazines. It's my first Glock so take it easy on me.

That'll keep it's value in the next few years.

Nice, I was considering the Glock 19 in full FDE but I couldn't squeeze it in as my last SSE

              Nice.
You will grow old trying to wear it out. My Gen-2 model 21 has well over 25K, and with a few recoil spring changes, it just keeps going. The slide finish is mostly gone, the rifling shows it's wear from Russian ball, but everything still locks up tight enough to give acceptable accuracy. Carried daily for years, it is like an old friend.

                That's comforting. Lol.

I plan on shooting the heck out of it. Granted if .45 auto ammo doesn't take over my wallet.

Cool. Used up all mine so now I'm reduced to living in other people's lives on the margins. Sigh, few more weeks and it's over.

I was in the same exact boat, but I bailed at the last minute (I had the Full FDE in my cart, but instead, went with the vanilla version of the 21 Gen 4).

Now I'm just waiting for the call from RifleGear so that I can go in and DROS her and so that I can say that my Glock-cherry is no more!
