SA Micro & Champion Operator CA Roster.

Are either of these SA 1911s on the CA roster.? I don't see either, so just double checking!.

I have a chance to buy a SA Micro Compact Lightweight Operator from an out of state guy.

If it is not on the list, can I have him ship it to a FFL and have a LEO friend buy it and then later PPT it to me?.

          Nope. Here's my guess:
I suspect the addition of the integral accessory rail was too significant of a change for California to OK these guns as being similar enough to any older models already on the list.

Any new model guns which can't be "grandfathered" in would then need to have, besides a loaded chamber indicator, a magazine disconnect, which these guns probably don't have, being 1911 format guns.

          ref. models PC9802LP and PX9115LP

It's remotely possible the approval of the models are undecided, undergoing appeal, or not yet submitted...but I doubt it.
