M&P9L Core price?

So I was thinking about getting this gun, it has the adjustable trigger and ported barrels so it is the new version. Local shop has it for $799. Is this a decent price? Also free sse. Just wondering. I know supply and demand and all but still don't want to get jacked.

KY Gun & Grab A Gun, are listing for around 720-730 shipped (in stock).
Bud's has it for much cheaper, but they do not ship so moot on that price.

With transfer fees, it should equal out to that price. I would not worry on a few buck on the price of a gun and more so considering it's December. Heck I have been driving monthly to pay a little more so I do not go to a gun shop that is a few block from me, haaa.

We are in California, we are always being jacked.

Just find deals on ammo is the long term solution.

I am not a fan of the M&P nor ported 9's, but since you thread jack, haha.

It's the ports in the slide and barrel and optics ready cut that pushes the price up. Making a P07/P09 or SP2022 (any gun) to the same specs will net the same price or more.

So your title describes one gun and your post describes another. Which one do you really want? Do you want the CORE or the new PC Ported model?

You have to ask yourself, is the ported barrel & slide along with the trigger upgrade really worth the extra $150 - $200 over the regular CORE?

For me, I wanted one for competition, but couldn't justify the added cost of it, nor was I going to add an optic to it (that defeats the main purpose of it) and bought a Pro 5" for $550 from Kentucky Gun Co like the one PseudoTsuga posted below/above.

Good luck deciding OP, but you better do it quick!

I'll have to find one used next year as I'm out of sse slots. But I'm thinking of getting back into shooting a bunch and competing and from all the research I've done, it's the pistol for me.
Looking forward to finding one and putting it through it's paces!

Apparently I was a little confused on the actual models I guess. I love my other m&p's and it looked like a fun gun so I figure why not round out my collection with a full size. I can't dros my last gun till the 17th so we'll see. Thanks for all the insight.

Well I decided against the 9L didn't want to pay the premium. But I ordered an M&P Pro 9mm from my local shop for $589. Super stoked!
