the DOJ lists CZ75BD black, but not a CZ75BD Police. My research shows that both guns are technically the same gun, including the black polycoat. The Police model comes with a hi-cap mag.
Assuming an out-of-state seller has a Police model but only has the 10-round mags, and so this Police model has all the same attributes (incl mags) as a CZ75BD, do you think a CA FFL will accept the CZ75BD POLICE as a "CZ75BD"?
I would think not, since the POLICE model probably has a different SKU number, but I guess they don't sell them anymore. Anyway, I don't really know if the CZ75BDPolice has a different SKU or model number compared to the standard CZ75BD. I have read the other thread about, "if it's not on the rostered list, then you simply can't sell it here except for PPT".
Just wanted the more experienced people here to sound off. thanks.
