    My First Wheel Gun

I originally had my mind set on a 686. But I saw this at my LGS and had to have it. Just broke her out of jail yesterday. Here is a Pic:

The 586 is the blued version of the 686. Not much sexier than beautiful wood grips contrasting against blue carbon steel. I prefer blue over stainless. May I ask how much it was?

Very much less common than its stainless brother.

I paid 990 out the door. I could have gotten it for about $100 bucks less if I ordered it from Rifle Gear. I like supporting local businesses and basically made an impulse buy

You will find that revolvers tend to become somewhat addicting.

The newest one in this pic is from 1982 and the oldest was made in 1901
