Please let me know what would you do if that were you.

Concealed carry a full size gun on you can be a challenge depending your body size, but it can be done. I'll get P220, since I won't carry gun I dont like

^This makes sense unless you are able to quickly get a CCW. If you're on the fence about it, call your Sheriff's department and make an appointment to get your permit.

If it will take 3 months to get a CCW permit, get a full size for now and go have fun at the range, then save and buy a more concealable handgun when you're closer to getting your permit.

consider the w german/german Sig Sauer P225. surprisingly concealable and great at the range, this 9mm compact has a well deserved cult following.

            And this.....

I own a large SiG collection and own and carry both the P220 and P225. Both carry quite well with the P220 seeming to carry very slim and close to the body for me.

i'm a fan of the P220 as well. i have a few variants of the w german P220 .45 ACP. the P220 can conceal well with a user-appropriate system of carry.

Yup! Buy P220 now and buy the rest later.

I'm afraid that I'm not going to be able to buy the CCW guns after Jan 2015.
I'm I gonna be able to buy the Kahr pm9 and maybe any other ccw guns?

This is the last month to acquire an off-roster handgun via SSE.
So, if you want a CCW gun that is not listed on the Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale, get it now.

                          You'll be just fine.

All of this is determined by the CA "Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale" http://certguns.doj.ca.gov/

It looks like there are several Kahr pm9 models, and of course there are several other great choices for CCW that will still be on roster.

                          PM9093A / Stainless Steel, Polymer Pistol 3" 9mm 6/23/2015
                          PM9093NA / Stainless Steel, Polymer Pistol 3" 9mm 6/23/2015
                          PM9094A / Stainless Steel, Polymer Pistol 3" 9mm 8/5/2015
                          PM9094NA / Stainless Steel, Polymer Pistol 3" 9mm 8/5/2015

Also, there's still the used market with consignments and PPT.
