Since these will be banned on the new year. Can we still build them? Buy a lower make it a pistol lower and get a pistol upper.

PSA has a 10 inch upper and sig brace and LPK with pistol tube for about 570. Or am I missing something here with the new laws

Last I heard you can build an AR Pistol from an 80% receiver, so yes to 'building' your own.


If by 'building' you meant completing an AR Pistol from a stripped lower, NO.
