I ordered the EAA 22 conversion kit. CS called saying it is not legal to ship to CA. I tell them it is a part, not a firearm. Why the fxxk you care??

They said the conversion kit you going to put on your gun is not on roster list. Also I will change caliber on the gun.

This is crazy. Not going to buy from them again.

I just ordered the Moss 500 Bullpup kit from them and now my order is "cancellation pending" after they charged my card.
Opened up a trouble ticked after the girl who answered the phone said the person who works on these is busy and she took down my number. I was on hold for so long I had to shave again.
This is going to piss me off if they won't send a bullpup kit to California. My poor old 500 just sits in the safe while my KSG goes out every time.
So I can purchase a 26" KSG in this state but they wont send me a kit to make the Mossberg into a 30" bullpup?

Maybe they will call me back and fix this.

I love Buds. I've had nothing but excellent service from them. I understand your frustration obviously their system is flawed to not allow the sale of "parts" but I'm sure they have their reasons. Example some "parts" such as suppressors, and standard capacity magazines are not legal in CA. Maybe they just lumped other parts in as well. Either way they didn't charge you a restock fee? Or any fee in general right? They just called you and said they won't sell this item in CA right? Big deal move on, and buy it elsewhere it's not like they did you wrong, from what you've said.
