let me appologize in advance if this has been asked. i searched but couldnt find an answer

i have a place out of state willing to sell me an ar pistol lower. it is used and is originally drosd as a pistol. can i have that sent to any regular ffl?

i have done sse on pistol lowers. but this one is used so wondering if i can go with a more local place to me.

It would need to be in SSE configuration.

Only California has the DROS process, so pretty unlikely it was "DROS'ed" as a pistol. In any event, it does not matter, see above.

If its from out of state it cannot be a PPT.

You only have until the end of the year for the SSE to be an option.
