    Glock 30s or glock 30 gen4

I will be purchasing my final SSE of the year and am torn between the g30s and the g30 gen4. This will be a carry gun for me so I'm leaning towards the 30s. What do you guys think.

Probably easier to get a Gen 3.

The barrel is thinner on the 30s and doesn't fit on any other 30 slide only the 36. The 30s will have more felt recoil.

If I use my last SSE slot for a Glock 30 variant it would be for the Gen 4.

Here is some very useful information about the G30 and the G30S

The G30 is Massad Ayoob's favorite CCW weapon

        G30 Gen 3 or Gen 4

Both have the dual recoil springs, one supposedly better

Personally I used my slot for the G41, already have the G30 Gen 3
and I am very happy with it, don't see any reason to get a G30 Gen 4

The G30S does have more recoil. My dad has one and I have shot it
