I don't feel the insert at all. I thought it might rub on the inside of my palm but it doesn't.

I saw the movie but I don't remember the issues with the crucifix on the grip. Please elaborate.

I too like them, I also like the Silver Snake on Clint's gun from The Good The Bad and The Ugly, I don't have my Vaquero anymore, I only have a Bisley Hunter, not sure if I could find them for that. Your's are very nice OP.
