If you want a .45 caliber handgun than get the 45. If you want a AK without a stock and a maglock then get a AK pistol. It's like asking should I get a Ducati or should I get a dump truck, don't mean to be rude but only you can answer this one.

I love my P220, so if you want a Sig, go for one of those or a 1911. If you are open to other brands, Rock Island 1911 could give you the budget to get both a .45 and seek out a good deal on an AK pistol. Also, Para has a rebate going that would allow you to pick up both a 1911 and an AK pistol, possibly. I've seen some Paras for $399 after the $100 rebate. Alternatively, I'm really wanting a Black Ops Para 14.45 which is a double stack 1911 style pistol.
