Thinking about getting a Baby Eagle, but......

......do to $$$$$ being tight now a days I am thinking about letting go of one of my current handguns and replacing it with a Baby Eagle. I like the .45 and .40 so the ones I am thinking about letting go of is either my Sig Pro 2022 .40, my M&P .45 or my XD .45 service model. I dont really want to let go of any of them, but like I said, I really like the Baby Eagles but im just not to sure what to do here. I like all of my guns and I dont really want to let go of any. What do you all suggest? If you were all in my shoes which one would you consider giving up?

(note, I also have a Glock 19 and Kahr CW9 but I am not willing to let either of the 9s go)

I am a strong believer of never ever selling a gun you have. I could never see myself selling any of my firearms. Unless you hate it then you can..... I am very much attached to them they're my kids.... LOL

Don't sell any, save up! then add it to your growing collection....

If I'm you, I would let go either XD or M&P. It's not that they aren't good guns, but they both have room to improve. Like M&P recently redone their finishing to improve on their rust resistance. And XD right now is focus one their new XD(m). Let go either one of them and maybe in few years they will come out new and improve version of same model.

Isnt it funny how things work out. I just posted this thread then went over to check out the private firearms sales forum and saw that a fellow calgunner is selling a Baby Eagle .45 for $450. I think I can do that at this time without moving any of my guns. Im jumping on it and I never mind buying from a fellow calgunner. Would rather buy from one of you guys than a store anytime.

at turners there was a .45 baby eagle for like 350 bucks. if you must, sell a gun you can buy back later which is still in production.

i have a baby eagle 45 its not that great the extractor is broken easily and is $35 from magnum research and to them the extractor is a consumable and is not under warranty

              also it is very heavy

if i were to sell one of those 3 it would be the sigpro

ps you can fire lead if you change the barrel to an eaa witness one with a minor modification to the barrel link area

I used to think I would keep all of my guns forever. Then I wanted a car and I thought and thought about selling some that I never used. I thought about it some more and then they were all stolen so I got nothing.

**** happens. Make the move. Life is short.

Be forewarned, Baby Eagles can't use lead bullets (it'll solder the action together!) so you'll lose on the chance to shoot cheap ammo, and that's only going to get more painful a price to pay in days to come.

Not a pure CZ75 clone due to the safety being much different.
