    Gun is SOOOO addictive!!!

    Gun is SOOOO addictive!!!

I am new to this.... started from buying a handgun for so called "home defense", then I got a shot gun, then I got a AR15, then I got 1 AK, then I got 2 more AKs, then I got a AR10..... then I want to buy a revolver.... and SSE AK pistol.... then I am looking at new gun options everyday.... not to mentions we always maintain several thousands of rounds.

.... It seems everyone here is building their home armory, which is far more than what I got so far.

I only have 1 life and 2 hands... My question is, how you guys carry all of your guns.

Maybe find a range job or open a range business so playing with guns everyday....

    So addictive, but happy.

Slow down. Looking at some of your posts, you REALLY need to slow down.

You'll avoid a lot of mistakes that way.

But welcome to Calguns. Just slow down for your own sake.

Stock up on ammo. Guns are useless without ammos.

Keep buying.!!. Don't listen to ^ above poster! Stocking up on Ammo is pointless! you need more guns!

That way, you can have a loaded mag for each one of your guns.. and once one is empty.. toss it and pick up the next one!! I learned this tactic from a movie.. once you have over 100 guns in your room, you can just keep grabbing loaded firearms off your wall to continue the fight against zombies..

Thats kinda want I tell my wife. I love watching zombie movies with her. I like to tell her, "See they were not prepared, that's why they got eaten. When this happen in real life. We are ready and I'm still preparing more. It will happen soon you know."

unless the zombies come when you are at work or at the mall or driving your kids to school etc. Then you are boned cuz we cant have guns on us.

Actually I just noticed you are in San Diego you lucky SOB Well, maybe you can but the rest of us are still screwed into playing games with our LEO agencies to see what will allow us to get our LTCs

Edit: Forgot to add congratulations to the OP. Guns really are something that force people to make decisions about themselves (and society). Its always good to see people getting into the culture. Just know that theres more to it than just feeling tough when you make holes in paper and hear bangs. We are fighting for our rights and freedoms. Without guns we are powerless. Criminals and over reaching governments would have nothing to fear from us so what would stop them from violating our freedoms, rights or property? (the answer is nothing btw). Just thought I'd add this if you are a troll or a real gun noobie.

Yes, I always keep 1,000 rd for each caliber my gun uses.

1000 per caliber isn't near enough.

Yes, I guess so. The 1,000 rds is my order size. I think 1,000 rd is an effective size per order considering the shipping cost.

How many do you guys keep normally? The ammo is pretty expensive these days... e.g. .308 and .45ACP. 556 and 762x39 are OK.

(I am kind of worried about fire hazard/safety if I keep too many.)

Especially if you have a ghost gun that has a .30-caliber clip to disperse 30 bullets within half a second.

Ideally, I would keep a minimum of 2k rounds per calibre I use. Realistically, as you stated, it is expensive to tie up your money in ammo.
