    Sphinx Sub-Compact size comparison

Figured I would post up some pictures of the size on the sub-compacts, they are basically the same size as the Shield without the finger extension in.

Thanks for the info, love my SDP Compact. The subcompact would be even more interesting if they had a manual safety / cocked locked like a sig P938... That's the main reason I'm sticking with a shield (with apex grades) for my primary ccw.

Is it single stack? It doesn't appear much thicker from the pics. I think i would prefer striker fired or at least cocked with manual safety for carry.

My complaint with them also but Sphinx has already said that you can convert them to single action with a safety for locked and cocked carrying.

The conversion should be out next year.

so it's about the size of a shield but much thicker? Guess there no way it is a single stack if it holds 13 rounds
