Colt Lightweight Office - Flat recoil spring from EGW

I have a Colt Lightweight Office 45acp, and saw this flat type recoil spring from EGW: http://www.egwguns.com/index.php?p=product&id=105

I've recently replaced the factory recoil spring with one from Wolff and I'm wondering if using the flat type recoil spring from EGW is even better?

According to this video, which reviews a Office sized 1911 from Wilson Combat, they use the same EGW flat type spring too.

It's a Dan Wesson ECO. Sort of like Wilson Combat, Just as good, but half the and actually available, well until Dec 20th.

In these little 3" guns the flat EGW spring works very well.
