I last bought a handgun a little over a year ago. I was looking to buy again and I read something online about getting a personal firearms eligibility check (PFEC) prior to buying a handgun. Is this a new law or requirement? I never had to do that before. I already have my HSC and several handguns, do I still need to submit one of these applications?

Optional, in case you're worried about past behaviors. See form.I last bought a handgun a little over a year ago. If you already have passed background checks, and have not done anything to put you in a prohibited class, you can ignore the PFEC.ARCHIVED Calguns Foundation Wiki here: http://web.archive.org/web/201908310...itle=Main_Page
Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!
