Pistol rack recommendation

ooo... I like that one. Might alleviate some of my pistol crowding issues with that setup.

Anyone know a good make/model of holsters backed with velcro designed to mount handguns and/or magazines to a cloth-lined safe door? I know I've seen them before, but I can't track them down.

I have both of those and they do work good.The GPS is good if you don't need to retrieve them in a hurry. The Original handgun hanger will save the most space and can be retrieved quickly. You can get your hand around your pistol without any obstruction around it but I would staple the area on the front of the shelf to keep the wire stationary when you retrieve your pistol. You may want to keep checking the plastic molding over the wire so it isn't bare so that it won't scratch your rifling in your barrel. I've been thinking of making one so that it's leaning on a carpeted mdf panel at a 45 degree angle for quick retrieval.

I have a small safe so my neighbor and I made this one. I measured each gun and had the slots that hold the frame cut so that the guns would all rest horizontally.

Cost was minimal, a 1x8 of cheap wood, some felt covering from the craft store and a some spray glue I got from work.

I welded up one out of stainless steel round stock and dipped the ends in plasti dip.
(I stole the idea from someone that sells them here. Their design is nice and their prices are not bad.)

You can use a set of over-under on the left and right ends of your shelf, then the original under hangers for the middle of the shelf, and there are also back-under hangers to store even more under the back of the shelf. (If your safe can support it)

It seems expensive, but the efficiency and space savings is worth it.
