There are no Gen 1 Glock 21 or 22.

Gen 2, yes from the early 90s.

Make sure it has the free Glock Upgrade kit and if it's a 22 (.40) I would upgrade the barrel to a later model that had more case support. (At the 6 o'clock position)

Glock, over the years has changed the case support on their .40 platforms.

    To address the KaBoom issue.

Yay I'd do it the lowest I've found mag for mine where 25 bucks. So it sounds like a good deal.

I'm betting that most of those mags are hi-cap, and a risk to take on. You may want to negotiate a price, sans the hi-caps.

I wonder about the legality of your buddy selling within Cali, to an out of state buyer for the mags, on say ebay, if they are hi-cap.

With the extra mags, that sounds about right.

I got my Glock 22 Gen 2 from a fellow CGer last year for about $375 IIRC. It was in like new condition.

Could you explain what this free upgrade kit is? I've never heard of it before.

Whether it's a G22 (.40) or G21 (.45) and you mean ok condition by "it's been shot alot, seen some years of healthy use, but taken care of, ok condition", with 6 mags for $400, I'd take it for sure... I actually prefer Gen2 Glock grips to Gen3/Gen4... the one size fits all finger grooves are really the only thing I don't like about my Glocks.
