    Finger Grooves

Why? What possess manufacturers to put them on handguns? This is probably my biggest issue with Glocks. I always have one finger sitting on the hump and not in the groove portion.

They're great if they line up right for you. Not so good if they don't, especially when it's an integral part of the pistol. I've been eyeing the Ruger GP100 and finally got to try one out. Love the gun except for the fact that the grooves on the factory Hogues don't work quite right. That's a changeable grip, though.

Some people re-work the trigger guard by removing some material so that their index finger fits better.

When I got my GP100 I immediately changed the grips. I hate finger grooves.

the full size and baby glocks fit me perfectly. the compacts (g19/g23/etc) are better off getting the humps ground off. but I like them on the ones that fit.

I prefer no finger grooves then fit a hogue handall to it so the humps are where I want them.
