Sorry to post this but reading the law is confusing.


I know next year you cannot aquire off roster pistols via SSE But can you purchase an off roster pistol via private party transfer or from an out of state relative ppt?

I don't think you can buy it off just any out of state relative. A first degree relative, i.e. a parent or a child, can give one to you. Not even a brother or sister.

There will probably be plenty of opportunities without a mark-up other than common increase. Of course some will try the first half of the year, but I bet it drops fast. Wait til about July. Of all the handguns available by SSE these past couple of years, I'm willing to bet the most popular of those were Dracos, PAPs, Arsenals, and similar AK handguns. There was no shortage of CAI and Arsenal AK pistols at any time, even now. Somewhere someone will always have one to sell.
