    Newbie needs help

I am new to this forum and would like help or training on how to break down and clean a Daewoo .380. This is my first handgun:confused. I bought it used and it didn't come with a manual and the previous owner inherited the gun from her father and new nothing about the gun. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My name is Jerry and my email is txsparky41@aol.com if you would like to email me. Thanks in advance

If you give people a straight line like that, this is about the level of response you are bound to get. Just be glad you didn't post "Date this rifle"... Those pictures are usually very disturbing.

Yes I have and the only video I have found shows and 9mil and it is not the style gun. And when I googled the Daewoo tech. that site wanted $28 up front before they answered the question.

I think the Daewoo .380 is a Walther PPK Clone (Not 100% on this). You might be able to find a PPK manual or field strip video more easily.

                Try this:

Field stripping procedure: 1) remove the magazine by pressing the magazine release button 2) check the chamber for remaining cartridge 3) retract the slide until the notch on the left side of the slide will be aligned with the front of the slide stop lever 4) push the slide stop pin from the right side, then pull and withdraw the slide stop completely toward the left 5) ease the slide and barrel assembly forward and out of the frame 6) remove the return spring and barrel from the slide
                Assemble in reverse order.

You are amazing. That video was exactly the same as a Daewoo .380. Thank you so much.

Bring the gun to your local gun shop and ask them to show you how.
