    AR Pistol Purchased Question

I purchased a Radical Arms AR Pistol this morning. Couldn't resist the great price!

I just wanted to get some clarification on when its time to pick it up from my local FFL. It says it comes with a 1 shot limiter. Does this mean I can ship to my local FFL and DROS as normal without changing anything to comply with SSE?

I would've ask them directly, but they're closed already. Just wanted to get a quick answer...

    thanks in advance!

Yes, but I hope you talked to your FFL first. Not all will transfer SSE pistols.

Their website says CA compliant, so the only way you can get that (assuming your are not law enforcement...etc.) is if it is single shot exemption (which it has to be as it's a pistol with a magwell outside the handle).

+1 on checking with your FFL on if they will do SSE's
Also, just making sure you are aware this rifle is not your standard 5.56 and is in a different not common caliber 300 BLK.

Magazine outside the pistol grip has nothing to do with SSE. It just means it also needs a bullet button to avoid assault weapon status and you can only use 10 round mags in it.

Wow, that's a great price, especially considering it comes with the Sig brace! Just make sure your dealer will accept the transfer and will do SSE and you're all set. Looks like this pistol is made just for the CA market.

exactly. the brace along is $125+. no, they also make one for the rest of the country.

curious, you think this Noveske flash suppressor will fit the 7.5"?

Make sure you give us a range report. Been looking into Radical Firearms uppers.

Does 1:9 twist rate matter in such a short barrel?

I got the same Radical AR pistol 'build' kit w/Sig brace that PA was selling a couple of months ago for $399 shipped. It's on an 80% lower, but basically no different than the pistols they're selling.

I put around 200 rounds through it a few weeks ago at Burro and it ran 100% flawless with no issues. I did out a KAK flash can on (reg size, not slim) and it fits perfect and feels great when shooting. Very accurate between the 25 and 50 yard targets that I had setup for it. Didn't bother trying for anything further, as I mainly wanted to break it in and see how accurate it was at "SHTF/CQB" distances

thanks for a range report, makes me feel better on my purchase!

maybe you can help me out.....is the barrel threaded? i'd like to throw a Noveske flash suppressor on it.

also, mind posting pix of your build?
