Should I get a Glock 41 ?

Just a quick question.

I already own Glock 21 Gen 4 and some hi-cap.magazines (used to own Gen 3 Glock 21and Glock 30)and was wondering if it is redundant to purchase Glock 41. Or, purchase a longer slide and barrel instead ( I am not sure if they are available)
This is strictly going to be a range toy and possibly a steel challenge type of shooting.

I own one. It's the only Glock I own. I like it alright. I'm spoiled with the PPQ. It's nice to have the long barrel. You might like the skinnier slide a lot though.


I don't know if I'm going to keep mine.

I have a Gen 4 G21 and a 30s and still enjoy shooting the G41, so I don't think it's anymore redundant than owning a G17/G34 or G22/G35.

I was looking into getting one until I saw how much thinner and lighter the slide was than the ones on my Glock 21's. One thing that always impressed me about Glock construction was the heft of it's solid slide. I'm sure the slide on the new 41 is OK, but I'll stick with my 21's.
