Is Sig Sauer 239-9-B on CA roster or not, Very confusing!

There are 6 models of the 239 on the roster. I think the standard 9mm is one of them. -

The standard P239/9 in blue/black is on-roster. Before LCI and mag-disconnect the roster descriptions were very vague, and the P239 has been listed for a long time. Newer roster entries are very specific with model and SKU numbers to indicate if they have the LCI and mag-disconnect or not. I have purchased two P239's (9mm & 40S&W) this year through a "normal" transfer.
Your dealer should not be charging you for SSE for that standard P239/9. A "rainbow-titanium" or "diamond-plate" P239 would be examples that are off-roster and would have to be SSE'd.My LTC's:
