    sig rebuild

I bought an old sig p225 about 10 years ago, a duty weapon from Europe they said. I put lots of rounds through it always ran well for me and the kids. I have had it sitting next to the bed for several years now as the house pistol, just in case you know, but now decided to send it back to sig to be overhauled. When talking to the c s guy I asked him how old it was, he said if it has made in Germany on the slide maybe from the 90's and if it has made in west Germany it was made back in the 80's. Well mine has Montague Suisse on the slide, I'm thinking maybe the 70's seems its older than I thought! Anyone have a better idea?

Nice write up, thanks. looks like it will never be worth much but I never sell guns anyway.
