gimmejr has a valid point. It’s operator intent and / or error that make a firearm deadly. If you’re looking for a large caliber to shoot, check out the Desert Eagle forum; it has plenty of CA shooters that post:

You could also find someone that shoots a Casull. It’s basically a rifle built on a handgun platform; not sure if they’re legal in CA… just moved here at the end of last year and am not current on all the firearm regs.

In large part, nonimmigrant aliens are persons traveling temporarily in the United States for business or pleasure, persons studying in the United States who maintain a foreign residence abroad, and certain foreign workers. Isn't the most deadly round in the world a .22 - last I heard there were mose people killed by .22's than by anything else.

But all the same, ALL guns and most air guns can kill.
