The magazine being outside if the grip is a "feature" therefor a BB is always required.https://www.activejunky.com/invite/132380

1. No. Since the magazine is located outside of the pistol grip, it must always have a fixed magazine (maglock + 10 or less round magazine) to be CA legal. So im confused about something with these pistols. I know they transfer as SSE, and then you can use 10 round mags in them, as long as you have a bullet button.
So heres my question:
1. Can you take off pistol grip and muzzle device and have a featureless pistol and use a detach mag?
2. If you Resell the pistol in a ppt, do you simply just need a bullet button and your good to go, or does the mag well have to be blocked like when it was transfered originally?
Ive got a PaP M92 I want to sell with a bullet button, but not sure how i should go about this, it was bought legally of course and is in legal configuration.
thanks guys
2. Maglock + 10 round magazine or 0 round magazine/sled.sigpic

are AR/AK pistols going to be legal for FFLs to sell after 2014?
Based on what I see, the only way they can is a true permanent single shot AR/AK pistol.Comment

Yes.
You can always switch out the upper on an AR pistol later so it can be semi auto. SSE2 for AR pistols should be a viable option in 2015.Comment
