I have a regular Nitron version and I really like it but I think I need to replace the skinny trigger with a regular fat one. Aside from that though, it's been an excellent, reliable pistol. Not sure how much of a premium FDE adds, but I paid right at $1000, SSE included, with night sights.

Whenever I think about the P227 FDE, I get sad that I missed Kentucky Gun Company's sale on it for $700 shipped with 2 free mags and pistol bag from Sig.

I paid about $1000 for my plain black one.
