STI 2011 Frame Only in 2015

Will we be able to DROS a bare STI 2011 frame in 2015 (or the non complete pre-fitted slide and frame kits) or do I need to have as an SSE before end of 2014? Thanks.

Thanks, looks like a full STI Edge in 40 as an SSE prior to end of year, was hoping it was like an AR off-list lower.

Can't SSE a bare frame, but you can PPT it.... Same for 2015.
