Does the word 'Best' make you guys cringe now?

When I got into shooting I was asking what is best all the time, now I realize you have to get a gun that fits you and your needs.

So many people ask "Best first gun", "Best 9mm", "Best plastic gun", "Best gun for women", "Best gun for my mom"

Someone should make a sticky about how to find the gun that fits you.

I dunno if its just me, but there has seemed to be a glut of such posts of late. I don't have time to help so I just pass on by. Tiny bit irritating when its virutally the same postings every week: "help me pick the best 1911", etc. And I hate having to use the phrase "use the search button", even though its the one thing the newbies need to do more than anything.

Ah well.

Best questions are annoying, but how about when someone uses tactical spelled "tacticle". This is funny because its really close in spelling to male reproductive organs.
