If you can find that Unicorn it's a great gun.

And the guys that wear the operator vests sure are being touchy about how the guys that shoot the fun guns are running their gear.

P.S. Some of you need to revisit "don't ask don't tell."

Well I don't wear "operator vests" when I go to the range, nor am I an "operator", but I do find the gamer guys commitment to "rules" to be somewhat "selective" and "inconsistent" and therefore comment worthy. Maybe its a USPSA versus IDPA thingy.

Oh come now, you know the IDPA guys that want to WIN are so gamers.

But seriously, playing fast a loose with the rules of the game is totally unacceptable.

BTW, I shoot IDPA for fun and USPSA "for real."

I have really started to enjoy IDPA and the tighter box it tries to put competitors into. In my opinion, a lot of the IDPA/USPSA gamers are the guys who never played team sports in school and have "come into their own" on the range...

For what's its worth, I do own an "operator armor/plate carrier" but it seems too damn hot and heavy to ever wear. Maybe I'm a bit of a closet prepper...

              Really,

IDPA and USPSA are two DIFFERENT games that highlight different skillsets. So both are good. I just like to rib the sensitive types that have too much wrapped up in the game they choose to play.

I was just thinking today how much better life would be if the handgun roster went away.

Well, I didn't get anything from this thread, so I just went for this:
