The roster handguns have to be renewed every two years.
So the expiration date is never greater than two years.

      Welcome... You have excellent taste.

The short answer is: Stop dreaming and start shopping. You're going to love shooting them!

Must be renewed yearly, not every two years. That is why you do not see any expiration dates in 2016 yet.

We can hope this happens (All out handgun ban) but I doubt it will.

Your drivers license expires too. Does that mean you won't be able to drive anymore?

OP, Welcome to the forums! You still have time. I would suggest finding something that you really like and doing a Single Shot Exempt purchase if it isn't on the roster. You have 3 months left so you can have 3 off roster guns before it goes away for good. For example, I have a P226, P227 M11 and Colt 1911 that I have bought, DROSed or are waiting in line. I can buy one more before the SSE loophole closes.

                          You should do the same

                              Welcome aboard.

I think that you should buy an SSE, single shot exemption, pistol every month before it's gone.
