    XD45 FTF cause?

First, I just want to say I love this handgun. It has been supremely reliable for me through 1,000+ rounds, no matter what I throw at it.

I have had one malfunction, however. About midway through a magazine, the round ejected and chambered another with no problem. But the striker was somehow not reset. I pulled the trigger and got the mushy trigger feel of an uncocked gun. I racked the slide to double check for a light primer hit and there were none. Put the cartridge back in the magazine and had no other problems. I was using Freedom Munitions 230gr reloads.

Has anyone experienced this? It is not a big deal but I wanted to double check as this is my HD firearm. Thanks!
It was just an old plywood boat, with a '75 Johnson, with electric choke. A young boy, two hands on the wheel, I can't replace the way it made me feel.
