Yep, zeroed mine today at the indoor range. The green laser beam looks very cool with the smoke particulates in the air at an indoor facility. Perfectly Kali legal.Comment

Do not buy cheap one (ex. $40 ), after couple rounds they will need to be zeroed out again, mine broke after only 200 rds!Do it yourself.Comment

Laser sights are legal, however, just do not point any laser at an airplane...And do not point at anyone unless you have to shoot him/her. There is a penal code section on the issue. The specific section is 417.25 PC for pointing at a person, and 417.26 PC for pointing at a peace officer. So, just don't do it.Comment

I'll tell you a little story about my evolution from a laser hater to a supporter. Back in my active duty days we had limited access to lasers. They were big, heavy and since Hollywood was obsessed with them, we tended to ignore them. If you'd asked me in 1991 what I thought of them I'd say they're really only good as a training.
Fast forward quite a bit and now night fighting with NODs is completely revolutionized with lightweight IR lasers. So much so that to roll without a PEQ-2 or even a PAQ-4 at night was just bad juju. However, I still poo-poo'd visible lasers.
On the civilian side, visible lasers is all we can get but compared to the night fighting situation I just described, I didn't think they would hold up. Then I took a low-light tactical course and it completely changed my views. I've been using a light mounted on pistols for a long time as well as tritium night sights. Still, I was completely owned on every course of fire by guys with lasers. Illumination is only part of the issue with night fighting, sight picture is still key and a laser is the more effectively short cut to a decent low-light sight picture I've seen.
So now my home defense gun has Crimson Trace & an X200

I have seen a lot of people, including police officers, still miss the target with laser sights. Laser sights can help you with aiming, but you still have to control the trigger in order to hit targets.Comment

I cannot agree more with you, brando.....I have shot combat course at pretty dark condition and on B-27 target from 4 yards to 25 yards, I could put all but couple rounds out of 50 round course in 10 ring with the crimson trace equipped Beretta 92FS. I like the Crimson Trace laser grips. Anyone had experience with recoil spring guide mounted Lasermax???Comment
