    Stippling a stippled glock??

Is it possible to re-stipple a previously stippled glock? If one was to buy a previously stippled glock and they didn't like the stippling job is it possible to stipple over it or stipple it further?

Yes you can as long as the current stippling is not too deep.

Yes, It can be done! But make sure the stippling if not deep and can be sanded down. Use a sander wheel on your dremel tool.

Couldn't you easily smooth the current stippling by melting it with a propane torch?

I wouldn't advise a torch, but a flat tip on a soldering tool will flatten the plastic.

Um, and given the % difference in getting a new gun - why not just get a new one? I'm of the humble opinion of saving a small percentage isn't worth it. But - that's just me of course. Get a New in the Box and customize to your heart's content.

Unless you are doing it yourself, my guess is that most people that do GOOD stippling are going to charge you more to fix a bubba job so any savings you might realize are likely to be spent fixing it.
