A cousin of a buddy of mine is selling a smith and wesson M&P 9mm, 4.25" barrel, low round count for 350$ in state transfer, all legit. Good price I think? What do the calgunners think?

I'd buy it--I don't own one but I've shot one. Nice soft shooter and a very natural "pointer." I went with the Shield instead, but I'd like to have the full size AND the compact eventually.

I bought my M&P40 in June 2011 for $419 -> $485 OTD and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Even after all your fees etc., you can shoot it a bunch and sell it for everything you put into it (minus the ammo) if you don't like it.

It's like renting the gun for free!
