Glock Adjustable Sights - Any Numbers?

Anyone know the ratio of clicks to inches when you adjust the sights? The manual doesn't say anything. Actually, it doesn't even point out which one is elevation and which one is windage. Almost like reading something from Apple.

My understanding from a little Google time is the rearward screw rotates a cam which cycles through the possible sight heights and the forward screw changes windage. I can figure it out with a little trial and error, but I like my trial and error to be as cheap as possible.

Do you ha e calipers? You can figure out whichscrew does what before you hit the range, then adjust there. What brand sights are they?

Handgun sights typically will not tell you what the clicks are like a rifle because it doesnt really make sense at handgun ranges. You wont adjust them on the fly, youll use the adjustments to change elevation when you change ammo maybe.

Stock Glock adjustable rear sight (G41). I have three other pistols with adjustable sights - two Rugers and a Taurus - and they all have something in the manual e.g. "1 click equals 3/4" at 25 yards". Of course, I bought those 20+ years ago so maybe things have changed.

Ok, unofficial results seem to be:

Windage - 1 click = 1/4" @ 25 yds
Elevation - 1 click = 3/4" @25 yds

I was shooting at closer distance at an indoor range so extrapolating to 25 yards. Didn't get a chance to verify at that range. All shots were free-standing with no support so take it with a grain of salt.
